We've seen normal quality levels now for the last 1 hour. This issue has now been resolved.

One of our inbound providers has identified an issue, and call quality should be returning to normal. We're awaiting further updates.

We've been made aware this morning that some customers are experiencing poor quality on inbound calls. We're investigating this issue with one of our suppliers and will keep customers updated from the status page.
