An issue was found with our REDIS cluster used to maintain the state of call information. Engineers have resolved the issue, and are examining how the issue occurred, and how we can proactively monitor for this in the future. We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We've had reports of an issue some customers have had making outbound calls. Engineers have investigated and identified an issue which has now been resolved. Calls are now returning to normal.
